- Delivery estimated 7-10 weeks from PO
- There is a surcharge for maintenance for covering legacy equipment supplied by KPR Midlink
- Software & Maintenance is payable at the beginning of each year. So first year will be a total of both costs after installation and training.
- Different maintenance packages are explained in the SLA document (available on request)
- If training is needed then a charge of £850 per day would be added
