Our process

  • Meet, brainstorm and produce a screenflow using existing and trusted techniques
  • Correct colour, branding and fit for existing website
  • Present to customer and make unlimited changes until signed off
  • Test exclusively and preset to check for UAT
  • Review performance and update data for sales reports and maintenance

Hardware support

Included in your hire agreement with us is full support for hardware and software. After we have performed a site survey and we have installed the kiosk, then the maintenance starts automatically. Our standard SLA  includes;
  • Remote monitoring
  • Ability to change software and deploy change immediately to customer requirements
  • On site maintenance 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, guaranteed 48hr fix
  • Optional upgrade to 24hr fix and/or weekends

Remote monitoring

Our software team already host many client applications so you receive maximum uptime for all kiosks. A robust, cloud based server with >99% up time guaranteed. Clients receive custom reporting and dashboards if required.
